“ After Saturday night closing time I realized that Ned's screwed up my credit card purchase, charging me $3000+ for a $3 soda! They are closed on Sunday but it seems at some point over the weekend, Ned's tried to fix it, and got the amount wrong again. By the time I was able to go back on Monday afternoon, I was not happy. It eventually got ironed out and my card was reimbursed and I must say the owner(?) Philip was a gentleman. He was apologetic, hands-on in trying to get the matter resolved, and was generous in his desire to make things good. As a former small business person myself, I was impressed. Thank You Ned's: I am a customer for many years who swore to never return, but you won me back. Accidents happen, and I appreciate your determination to make things right. Ned's is good people... I will be back. ”
